Mr. West concentrates his practice in the areas of business litigation, securities litigation and arbitration, fiduciary litigation, real estate litigation, and employment litigation. Mr. West has successfully represented multinational, national, regional and local business, non-profit organizations, and individuals in the federal and state courts of Maryland and in various arbitration forums, including FINRA Dispute Resolution, Inc., JAMS, and the American Arbitration Association. In addition, Mr. West represents individuals and families in creating estate plans and in the administration of estates and trusts.
