Ms. Edwards, who is also known by her nickname, Peggy, concentrates her practice in the areas of estate, charitable, retirement and business succession planning as well as estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning, estate administration and trust administration. She serves as a trustee, personal representative attorney-in-fact and advisor for many families and individuals. A seasoned attorney in all matters relating to wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney and advance directives, Ms. Edwards also uses her extensive experience in estate and trust administration to provide litigation support for the construction and interpretation of wills, trust and other instruments and for contested fiduciary matters, such as will caveats and breaches of fiduciary duty of personal representatives, trustees and powers of attorney.
